- Balance -
Balance is an extremely odd chip, but it can easily decide a game. Lightning strikes both you and your enemy(ies), halving your HP. It's pretty good in a vs battle, but I don't think I would waste my Giga Chip space with Balance. First Appearance - Battle Network 3 Blue/Black Chip Codes - B?
